Screencaps for Ep 1.16 added

I have added the screencaps for The Set-Up to the episodes' section. Again, a little more focus on the main guest character in this episode, and again, it's done very well. A hit-man returns from Europe, recalled for one last hit. Appearances can be deceptive however, and we find out that this man's life has totally changed, and the mobster who called him back may not have the motivations he claims. Steve and Mike work the case, but we as viewers get a lot more insight than they into the hitman's character and situation.
In this episode, we are taken to various locations throughout the city. The opening sequence was filmed at San Quentin prison, and subsequently the inmate who was almost assassinated is taken in protective custody at a site named Clover Leaf Rest Home (I am still trying to find out whether this was a fake sign or not). The former hit-man arrives at San Francisco International Airport and takes a shabby transient hotel room in Chinatown. Several sequences were filmed in the Tenderloin, at Leavenworth and Turk, where Mike and Steve are shading a bar owner and former member of the mob. Filming locations also include one of the mansions on Marina Boulevard (just for indoor filming), the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco General Hospital, Aquatic Park, and the Embarcadero, just south of the Ferry Terminal and right beneath the elevated Embarcadero Freeway.
Official NBC Press Release Photos added
With some focus on the TV movie Back to The Streets of San Francisco, I have just uploaded a couple of original press release photos to the media page. As many of you are aware of, the movie was produced by NBC, so I set up a separate section for these pictures. Rumours had it that NBC tried to promote a possible remake series of The Streets of San Francisco when releasing the TV movie back in 1992, however, these rumours have never been confirmed or fortified.
So, just enjoy the pictures. :)
Screencaps for Ep 1.15 added

The screencaps for Act of Duty are now online in the episodes' section. Being on the trail of a serial rapist in the Pacific Heights district, who obviously chases his victims in a local supermarket, Evelyn Hennick, a female police officer and friend of Steve Keller, is murdered in her apartment. Another female police officer and former roommate of the murder victim, Sherry Reese, rather a rookie, volunteers herself as bait in the trap but Mike Stone denies her effort for responsibility reasons. Sherry gets in contact with one of the former rape victims, who actually remembers an interesting detail the rapist said to her. Disregarding Mike's order, Sherry decides to take it on her own - and finally puts homicide's efforts and her own life in jeopardy.
Although this episode is supposed to take place in the Pacific Heights district, much of the actual filming was located in the Marina. Mike and Steve observe a supermarket which actually is Safeway at Marina and Buchanan. We are also taken to Cypress Lawn Cemetery in Colma, and to a military base which is supposed to be the Presidio, however, I am pretty sure there was not a building like the one shown as the 'base headquarters' on the Presidio, and the color does not coordinate with anything else there. Anyway, Sherry Reese meets former victim Nancy Connors for a questioning in a café at Davis Court, whereas the location of Sherry's new aparment house is actually located on S Mayfair Avenue in Daly City.
Location photos for Pilot movie added
I have just added actual filming location photos for the pilot movie to the locations page. You can now find the location where Holly Jean Berry's dead body was found, David Farr's apartment as well as the exclusive mansion of Gregory Praxas, the murderer of the missing young boy as well of Holly Jean Berry and her brother.
There are so many location photos to follow, however, it is quite time-consuming selecting and editing these pictures, so please be patient. :)
Screencaps for Ep 1.14 added
I have added the screencaps for Deathwatch to the episodes' page a couple of days ago; took me quite a time to blog about this, though. Two old fishermen and friends for a lifetime, Joe Porturo and Lou Roselli, are on their way back into the night-time harbour when they are witnessing a crew of a leisure boat transfering illegal immigrants onto another fishing boat. Both recognize and know each other, and soon after their return to the harbour, one of the old men is killed by the people smugglers whereas the other one is threatened and left behind with kind of a guilty conscience. Stone's and Keller's investigations are complicated since the only one who witnessed the murder remains silent, trying to take care of his friend's family. Finally, however, the indications help the two cops in approaching the background of the crime, and preventing a foolish effort for retaliation, including a quite spectacular chase on a Hovercraft boat of the US Coast Guard - which tested so-called 'air-cushioned vehicles' for Coast Guard use at that time in the San Francisco Bay.
Most of the location filming was accomplished on the water and in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf, between Jones and Hyde Streets. The illegal immigrants are transferred to and dployed from an unidentified warehouse. The final act was filmed at the no longer existing US Coast Guard Fort Point Station and on water in the San Francisco Bay around the Golden Gate Bridge. Although the position of the boats for the transfer of illegal immigrants is supposed to be one and a half hour from San Francisco harbour, you can frequently see mirrorings of the Golden Gate Bridge in the windshield of Joe Porturo's fishing boat, and parts of the Marin Headlands and Tiburon in the background. By the way, this episode was probably quite a challenge for the filming team due to changing weather conditions comprising sunny skies in one sequence, and heavy rain in the other.
